Kristen Bjornstad, PTA
(Physical Therapy Assistant)
Kristen was born in Flagstaff, AZ and was raised in the valley. She attended Pima Medical Institute and received her PTA in 2019, which has allowed her to pursue her passion for health and wellness. Kristen has spent many years in the fitness world and is now loving restoring people’s health as a PTA. In her free time she enjoys backpacking, kayaking and time with her family.
